Each pair: prasang depiction → katha → live interaction with Swamishri. A ‘Goshthi Video Fakeout’ precedes Swamishri’s actual arrival. Word cloud interaction (3rd party) follows. Program closes with pledge to Swamishri as His Sinh Santan.
  • VIDEOCue 0: Countdown & Seating (10 min)

  • FLAG Atmatrupta Swami’s thesis on worldwide guidance, confirm whether the team needs to source or display content from this thesis. Add to archival/content request list.

A draft is the file that goes out for review — it mirrors to Frame.io and the AI brand check reads it. Reviewers judge content, timing and text, not pixel quality, so send a review render, not a master. Once it’s approved it comes back as two separate uploads from the same picker, filed in different places in Box so a program’s finished files can be pulled without digging through project sources.

Draft Graphics JPG or PNG, flattened 1GB Export at the size the piece actually is — never downscale. Reviewers zoom in on Gujarati text and lower-thirds. If it comes out heavy, drop JPEG quality rather than dimensions.
Draft Multi-page One PDF 1GB Not twelve loose images. The reviewer reads a PDF page by page and treats it as a single submission; split files come back as unrelated reviews.
Final Deliverable Zip · 4K UHD 3840×2160 · ProRes 422 HQ · -14 LUFS 50GB Everything that plays: the final export at full delivery spec for ProPresenter, plus any alternates — social cutdown, caption file, still frames.
Final Editable Zip · project file + fonts + linked assets + footage + audio stems 50GB Everything needed to reopen this in six months. Premiere → Project Manager → Collect Files. After Effects → File → Dependencies → Collect Files. Illustrator → File → Package. A project file with missing links is not an editable.
  • Full frame, no crops. Send the whole frame. Safe-zone and text-size problems are exactly what the review gate catches, and a crop hides them.
  • Name the round, then the finals. Keep the name and increment the version each round — C2-K1-P4-BACKDROP-SACHHAI-v2-0315.mp4 — then the approved draft’s name plus -FINAL, once per zip: …-v3-FINAL-DELIVERABLE.zip and …-v3-FINAL-EDITABLE.zip. Each round goes up as a new draft; replacing the last one orphans its comment thread.
  • A draft is never a zip; a final is always two. Graphics and Videos won’t take an archive as a draft, only a real review format — video takes MP4, MOV, WEBM, M4V, AVI or MKV, graphics take PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, TIF, HEIC, AVIF or PDF. Finals go up twice, deliverable and editable, never one nested inside the other. The type you pick in the dropzone is the only thing that decides where a file lands.
  • If a final won’t fit. Split the editable into -pt1 and -pt2, or send the raw footage as its own upload. Never re-compress the media just to squeeze under 50GB.
